A black car service is a transportation service that offers private personalized transportation. A Sedan service refers to a more luxurious service than taxicabs. Sedan services do not use do hail a ride or metered transportation like taxicabs, but rather are scheduled contracts and charge by the hour.

Reservation Notice

  • All out of town charters will be billed from the time the vehicle leaves Red Deer and again until it returns to Red Deer,

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm and hold a booking. 

    • A retainer is a non refundable fee paid in advance and used to hold goods or services. Larger retainers may be required during peak rental periods. As soon as your retainer clears, the vehicle is yours for that specific time and date and a charter is sent to your email address. We immediately begin turning away business for any and all inquiries that come in for that vehicle and date.

  • A retainer is non refundable but may be transferred to future rentals if a cancellation is made.

  • There are minimum hourly rates for different vehicle types and booking dates. Contact us for the specific minimum hour rate that would apply to your booking.
